HY Architects successfully designed a new healthcare and social services facility for the residents of Esparto and the surrounding community. The project was driven by a desire to create a building that would be accessible to users of all ages, improve the character of the site, and conserve natural resources through passive and active design approaches. The facility offers a wide range of services including medical, dental, vision, and social services, with the building providing over 26,000 SF of space for community and office use.
HY Architects provided a comprehensive range of services, including full architectural and interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services. This included schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, bid negotiations, and construction administration.
