HY Architects was selected to develop the core and SF building with RCP Construction as a design-assist project. The owner leased a major portion of the building, 18,742 SF, to an outpatient orthopedic surgery center. A secondary 1,726 SF suite was reserved for a possible outpatient clinic or physical therapy group. The surgery center commenced operations with a four-operating room setup with shell space for an additional two future operating rooms.
