HY Architects and RCP Construction were selected to develop the core and shell building for an outpatient orthopedic surgery center. The building owner leased 18,742 SF to the surgery center while reserving a smaller 1,726 SF suite for a possible outpatient clinic or physical therapy group. The surgery center began operations with a four-operating-room setup with shell space available for two additional operating rooms.
