Stonehurst Elementary School provides a model early education program for preschool and an after-school program for children in kindergarten through third grade.
The program is designed to meet the educational, social, emotional and physical needs of each child, as well as provide early literacy, mathematics and mastery of kindergarten standards.
HY Architects was responsible for the replacement of the existing Stonehurst Child Development Center with a new facility, including a new building with three classrooms, administration, outdoor play space and parking. It was designed for CHPS compliance.
