New Maternity, Pediatrics & Administration – Shasta Community Health Center

HY Architect was selected to design a new 31,368 SF health facility for Shasta Community Health in Redding, California. This project houses a variety of departments, including pediatrics and optometry departments on the first floor, and a maternity clinic and administration offices on the second floor. In addition to the main building, an auxiliary parking lot is included to ensure that off-street parking requirements are met.
