Based on their extensive experience working on over a dozen chemical dependency and mental health facilities. HY Architects was selected to design this new 37,000 SF mental health facility within the existing building shell. Project features included a reception, waiting areas, exam rooms, medical offices, administration, various-sized group rooms, training rooms, treatment/observation rooms, conference rooms, staff lounges, and support spaces.
Construction documents were completed in just 12 weeks, and the permitting approval process took less than two weeks.
