HY Architects was selected by Shasta Community Health Centers to design and develop a new Medical Center in Anderson, California. The impressive facility spans over 16,588 SF and comprises a primary care clinic, an integrated Behavioral Health Services center, and a dental clinic. Shasta Community Health Centers has an existing clinic in Anderson, however, this new property will serve as the location of their latest Anderson Clinic.
The project was not funded by an HRSA grant. Instead, it was developed using a bank loan and potential capital campaign funding. However, despite these financial limitations, the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
The medical center features a reception area, offices, teamwork areas, staff break rooms, conference rooms, and exam spaces.
